Cancellation Policy

Cancellation notification must be sent by email to isiat2025.hotel@aimgroup.eu

Cancellations received up to and including 21st August 2025 will be entitled to a full refund, except for Reservation Fees which are non-refundable

Cancellations received after 21st August 2025 will receive no refund.
